An association can hire a worker, which will give some sort of bonus to its members. The value of having a worker can be quite significant, and it can really give a boost to the members of an association. The number of workers that can be hired at the same time, depends on the size of the association headquarter.

Auctions[]

Workers are won at auctions. Every four hours a new worker auction starts, and each auction lasts 2 hours.

During the auction, you can see which association currently has made the highest bid, and how much your own association has bid. You can't see any other bids. You can see which members from your own association have contributed by hovering your mouse over the bid.

Bidding at auctions can be quite tactical, and you will often see the bids come in right at the last second. Within your association you should coordinate with the other players, when there's a worker you're particularly interested in.
