Apollo is the joint first engine in Era 4 along with the Ares.
Naming[]
Apollo is named after he Greek god, who was recognised for many things including music, truth, prophecy. the sun, plague, poetry and other things. He was the son of Zeus and Leto. He had a sister Atermis for which there is an engine named.
Production series[]
There are 3 variants of the Apollo. The default version is based on the Series 218. The second variant is a red painted Series 218. The third is based on the Series F59PHI built by General Motors for the North American railways.
